The project includes independent living units and a skilled nursing ward, clubhouse, swimming pool, wellness and commons area.  Structural framing system for the apartment building consists of prefabricated roof trusses and floor joists supported by an interior and exterior load-bearing timber stud system on a spread footing foundation. Skilled nursing building structure consists of cold-formed metal roof trusses supported on interior and exterior cold-formed stud load-bearing walls.  Commons building structure consists of metal roof and joists supported by a steel beam, girder, and column system.

New senior living building that includes 120 independent living units with commons area and adjacent renovations to exisiting adminstration, commons and dining building structures. The primary structure consists of timber framing for the residential spaces and cold-formed metal & structural steel framing for commons area.
