A 3-story 81,000 sq.ft. Social Services building with offices, shelter kitchen and bedrooms, daycare, medical space, and conference room.  The structure is steel framed with composite floors, moment frames for lateral stability, and spread footing foundations.

R. Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center - ICU (UMMC)

Baltimore, Maryland

Intensive Care Unit, Outpatient Room and office renovations requiring structural upgrades in the Shock Trauma and Pediatrics wings at UMMC Hospital. Structural reinforcement design was needed for additional rooftop units at North and South Hospital roof canopies.

Upgrades to the cooling tower system included elevating the steel platform for existing cooling tower units and installing new screen walls, and vertical steel support frame for new chiller piping.
